Our History
Bearence Management Group was founded in 2005 by Joe Teeling and Dave Schwartz after both left distinguished careers of more than 20 years with the world's largest insurance broker. Their mission in establishing the new firm was a fairly simple one of creating an excellent organization that provided their colleagues with the type of environment that would enable them to provide unparalleled service to their clients, and bringing solutions generally provided to Fortune 500 companies to small- to medium-sized companies.
